This is the criteria for inclusion into the main Hanoverian stud book.
Horses are only entered in the various sections of the Studbook which correspond to the particular requirements.
Introducing “The New Zealand Jumper Programme”. The NZ society is broadening the base of its breeding programme to include a limited number of other top breeds to promote the breeding of high quality Hanoverian jumpers.
The modern Hanoverian horse represents one of the most prominent breeds for riding horses in the world. In Germany, the studbook comprises close to 19,000 registered brood mares and 540 approved breeding stallions.
