NZ Hanoverian Society has booked a site at Equidays 2012 – in the indoor display area of the Convention Centre which is ideally situated beside both the indoor and outdoor arenas.
It is site no P52 and is 4m x 3m and we want to make it a really exciting, colourful and interactive place to visit.
We invite you to become part of the fun and would love you to contribute in one of the following capacities:
- Stallion owners – up to an A3 sized poster and their flyers to distribute$50
- Breeders – up to an A3 sized poster and any for sale brochures to distribute – $50
- Breeders, riders, owners – A5 sized poster of horses for sale or horses wanted etc. $5
There will be a DVDD playing continuously with the Celle stallions and such like and we will have a listing in the Equidays programme and on their Website.
We will have Hanoverian merchandise on sale and our own promotional boards with a history of Hanoverian breeding in NZ along with current Stallions, and sporting heroes will be a major attraction.
We are also putting together a huge equestrian goods hamper to raffle as a means to gather funds for the February visit by Dr Ludwig Christmann – Manager of Development and Advice for the Hanoverian Verband in Verden, Germany.
As well as inviting you to display your photographs and posters, we would welcome any offers of help to roster the display over the three days. There will always be someone from the Executive committee on the stand so that you need not feel nervous about helping out. There will be plenty of time for you to go and see the other exhibits as well of course.
Opening hours are
- Friday 4th9am until 7 pm
- Saturday 5th9am until 9 pm
- Sunday 6th9am until 3 pm
I look forward to hearing from you and receiving your submissions. An early indication would be appreciated – and material will need to be in my possession by November 1 please.
www.equidays.co.nz will show you all around the sites and tells you what is on and when.
