1996 Hanoverian stallion, 17hh

Performance test: 30 day test at Muenster-Handorf in 2002
Reserve Champion four year old Bundeschampionate 2000

A perfect gentleman under saddle, relaxed, supple, attentive and willing. He has a good, swinging walk, with a big loose stride. His canter is good and the trot soft and elastic.

Whisper had success worldwide as a competition stallion. He was Reserve Champion as a 4 year old at the Bundeschampionate in Germany under Susanne Miesner, then went on to win the Dutch national championships with Hans Peter Minderhoud.  He was then exported to Australia where he won the national championships at both Prix St Georges and Grand Prix under Brett Parbury. In New Zealand he won nine out of ten classes at Grand Prix level, taking out the National Championships and Horse of the Year titles in 2010.

As the first, fully approved, breeding son of legendary dressage sire Weltmeyer to be imported into NZ, Whisper brought valuable bloodlines to the NZ Hanoverian gene pool.

Damsire Feiner Stern was highly regarded, passing his 100 day performance test at Adelheidsdorf in 1986, gaining 9.0 in trot, canter, rideability, and ability to work. He was approved for Oldenburg, Hanoverian, Hessen, Rheinlander, Westphalen, Bavarian and Wurttemberg breeding.

Second damsire Pik Bube II was full brother to the well-known Pik Bube I, whose daughters crossed so well with Donnerhall.
